StayNashville

Your house is on our way home.

Stay Nashville runs 25 short term rentals in one city, for owners who wanted somebody local to actually pick up.

We look after it the way you would.

The same cleaners for years, not whoever the app sent. Maintenance caught on a walkthrough instead of in a review. Somebody tunes the guitar on the wall.

Operators, not a call center

Pricing this block is not the same as pricing that one.

Rates move nightly against the calendar, the weather and whatever is happening three streets over. Over 2,000 five star reviews and a 4.95 average say guests never feel the machinery working.

Switching managers changes nothing about the building.

It changes everything that happens inside it.

Before you ask

The five things owners actually want to know.

What does this cost me?

Fifteen percent, or a flat fee if that suits your place better — agreed up front, before you sign anything. That is the whole number. No setup fee, no markup on maintenance, no upcharges, no charge for the consultation. If what we send you does not beat what you are clearing now, there is nothing to talk about and we will say so.

Something breaks at 2am. Then what?

We keep our own vendor list in this city. You get told what happened and what it cost. You do not get a 7am text asking you to find someone.

How do I know your numbers are real?

The $2.25M is owner revenue we have paid out, not gross bookings. The 2,000+ reviews and the 4.95 are public — they sit on the listings, under our name, and you can read every one of them before you call us. All 25 homes are at stay-nashville.com with photos and addresses.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Thirty days’ notice and you are out — no term to sit through, no penalty, no clause to go and find. Most managers in this city will not do that, which tells you what they think happens once an owner is free to leave.

We would rather earn next month than hold you to a year you regret.

Couldn't I just do this myself with a cleaner and a smart lock?

You could, and some owners should. The lock handles the door. It does not price Thursday against a sold-out night at Bridgestone, it does not answer the message at 11:40pm that decides whether you get five stars or three, and it does not have a plumber who picks up.

If your calendar is already full at the rate you want and your reviews are where you want them, keep the lock and keep the money. Call us the month that stops being true.
