Where to Stay in Nashville

Most visitors pick a house before they pick a part of town, and then spend the weekend in a car. Our 25 listings sit in four distinct areas, and the right one depends almost entirely on whether you want to walk home from Broadway or wake up somewhere quiet with a pool. Distances below are straight-line miles from Broadway, measured from each property.

Downtown & The Gulch

8 listings · 0.42–0.66 mi from Broadway

Everything here is inside a mile of Broadway, which in practice means you walk to the honky tonks and you walk back. These are condo and apartment buildings rather than houses — lifts, gyms, shared pools, a front desk — and they suit groups who want the night to end where it started rather than in a queue for a ride.

The trade is space and quiet. If you want a yard and a private hot tub, look north.

North Nashville

9 listings · 2.25–3.23 mi from Broadway

Two to three miles north of Broadway, and where most of our houses are. Detached homes on their own lots, which is what makes the private pools, the fire pits and the rooftop hot tubs possible at all — none of that exists in a downtown building. Several of these sit as adjoining pairs that book together for very large groups.

You are driving or riding to Broadway, roughly ten minutes outside of event traffic.

West Nashville

6 listings · 2.18–2.32 mi from Broadway

Just over two miles west, on the residential blocks off Charlotte. This is the newer end of our portfolio — tall, boxy, purpose-built homes with big rooftop decks and a lot of beds, put up in the last few years. Two of them adjoin and book as one for two dozen guests.

Quiet streets and easy parking, with Broadway a short drive east.

Music Row & Midtown

2 listings · 1.4–2.43 mi from Broadway

South and west of downtown, between the studios of Music Row and the Midtown bars. Close enough to walk to Midtown, far enough that the street is quiet at night. This is the smallest cluster we manage and the two homes in it are quite different from each other.

A good middle ground if half the group wants nightlife and half wants sleep.
